Contentment
Recently I have been reading The Rare Jewel of Christian Contentment by Jeremiah Burroughs, one of the Puritan paperbacks. A dear friend of ours sent us the whole set to bring with us to the field! What a treasure! Anyway this quote has really pierced my heart. Even though I am not yet finished pondering it, I wanted to share it with you.

That is a truly wonderful book. It has transformed my life in many ways. I read it about 4 years ago, when I was a brand new Christian, and then last year led a ladies study where we worked through it over the course of about 5 months. It was time well spent.
Thank you so much for that quote on contentment. I needed to hear that right now! You are ministering to us even in the States.
